Mental Health Pathway
Since 2007, Imroc has delivered peer support training in partnership with the NHS, voluntary sector, and international organisations. Expanding under the NHSE contract in 2021, we now train 40+ cohorts annually, supporting peer workers at all levels. Continuously evolving, our training is shaped by trainee and trainer feedback, alongside an external Matter of Focus evaluation in 2023. To ensure the highest quality, our courses are NCFE accredited (www.ncfe.org.uk) and CPD certified (www.cpduk.co.uk), providing recognised professional development opportunities.

Neurodiversity Programme
Imroc’s Autism Peer Support Training is co-created by autistic individuals, parents, and peer experts to provide meaningful, strengths-based support. Developed in response to feedback that traditional peer support training was difficult to engage with, this course equips participants with practical strategies, adaptive communication techniques, and the confidence to foster inclusion. The training promotes understanding, resilience, and connection within neurodivergent communities. At Imroc, true neuroinclusion goes beyond adapting content—it means valuing and centering neurodivergent experiences. Our training is co-produced, continuously evolving, and impact-driven, ensuring it meets the real needs of those we support.
