It is important to note that the tool is not intended as a management device. TRIP aims to empower teams by translating Imroc concepts into actionable practices. It encourages everyone including frontline staff, service providers and recipients, to collaborate in developing innovative strategies that enhance recovery focused, neuro-inclusive and trauma-responsive supportive environments.
