National Interactive Workshop : Out of difficulties grow miracles: sharing our experiences of peer support
6 March - 7 March£198
ImROC has long been passionate about the power of peer support. We are pleased to see our briefing papers on peer support, Theory and Practice and A Practical Guide to Implementation , continue to be downloaded and read by many. At our seminar dedicated to peer support in Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust and community partners, we invite delegates to see first-hand peer support in practice. By listening to passionate presenters and visiting peers across a variety of settings, you will hear about the values, progress and future ambition of peer development in Nottingham.
Also, we thank Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust for taking the time to prepare a two-day innovative and thought-provoking programme for delegates to participate in.
Emma Watson, Peer Development Lead from Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, who many of you may know, will present with peer colleagues on the pivotal peer development work far reaching across the organisation. Within the programme you will have the opportunity to reflect on and consider what you have learnt to make the most of your visit when you return back to your work place.
Delegates are asked to book in advance £198 plus VAT for ImROC sites and £250 plus VAT for non-ImROC Sites
Places are limited to ensure the event is not too crowded and there is an interactive element to the programme, so please book your place soon to avoid disappointment!
